Sending Files

Our clients have several options for sending files to us. If your file is 10 MB or less, please your final artwork with all of your job details. Should your file be larger, you have the option of submitting it to us via our FTP system. Please for login information.

Preparing Files

Properly prepared files can save you money. Please adhere to the specifications in our File and Submission GuidelinesPDF for optimal outcome. We do accept the following types of files: Quark XPress (version 6 and up) and Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop (version CS and up).

Public FTP

This is our general upload folder. For details on how to upload files to our FTP account, please for access information. If you do not have an FTP program, we recommend downloading Cyberduck for a Mac or FileZilla for a PC. Both programs are free.

Client FTP Accounts

If you are regularly uploading files to our server for printing, you might be interested in a dedicated ftp account for your company. Please for more information and to set up your account.

Basecamp Accounts

All clients who fall under our design services will be given access to a private account in our project management software, Basecamp. If you have lost your username or password, please so that we can get you new access information.
